These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BagTrainer (the "App"), developed and operated by an individual developer ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
BagTrainer is a boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai training app that provides audio-guided workouts, combo calling, round timers, and training statistics.
BagTrainer provides fitness training content for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. You use the App and perform any exercises at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury or health issue resulting from use of the App.
Certain features require a BagTrainer Pro subscription, offered on a monthly or yearly auto-renewing basis, with pricing as displayed in the App at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may include a free trial period as described at the point of purchase.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse-engineer it, interfere with its normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
All content within the App, including audio, graphics, text, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
